Providing the finest in end of life care
Gilchrist Hospice Care provides quality, compassionate end of life care for patients facing terminal diagnoses and their families in Central Maryland. Patients are cared for by a team of professionals, including a nurse, social worker, chaplain and hospice aide, as well as volunteers. After the death of a loved one, bereavement counselors offer support for grieving family members for up to 13 months. Bereavement support is also available to the community at-large at no cost.
