How long have you been in business?
Dr. Ettlinger began Health Quest in 1998.
What is your primary product or service?
Health Quest provides a combination of chiropractic, physical therapy, and therapeutic exercise modalities -- customized to each person's unique needs and condition.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Dr. Ettlinger actually began his career as a professional violinist. After realizing he wanted to be more actively involved in helping people, and seeing the benefit chiropractic care gave him for his physical problems related to playing a violin, he went back to school and pursued health care and chiropractic specifically.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our number one focus is customer service. We approach every aspect of the practice from the patient's perspective and modify/improve until we have it right.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our only location, for now, is in Owings Mills.

Health Quest is located at 7920 McDonogh Road, Suite 101 on the first floor. We are one mile north of Beltway exit 20 (Reisterstown Road), at the corner of Reisterstown and McDonogh Roads.
What type of payments do you accept?
Health Quest accepts all major credit cards, most health insurance plans, and provides financing options for those patients needing to pay smaller amounts over time.
Which areas do you service?
The Northwest Baltimore metropolitan area - Pikesville, Owings Mills, Randallstown, Reisterstown, Glyndon, Sykesville, Finksburg, Baltimore city, etc.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Health Quest Chiropractic & Physical Therapy is owned by Dr. Paul Ettlinger. He provides services to patients along with Dr. Sean Grady, Dr. Sarah Barbee, and a team of highly trained assistants.
What are your hours of operation?
Health Quest sees patients Monday through Saturday: M/W: 8:30am to 7:00pm T/Th: 10:30am to 7:00pm Fri: 8:30am to 6:00pm Sat: 9:00am to 1:00pm
