What is your primary product or service?
Commercial door and lock hardware. Residential door and lock hardware. High Security Locks, Medeco and ASSA. Safes sold, serviced, opened, combinations changed, and moved. Keyless entry locks. Access control systems. Card and prox readers. Telephone entry systems. Autos opened and lost keys made and programmed. 24 hour emergency service.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started as an apprentice as a young adult. I have done a lot of things but I always stayed with locksmithing and the career. I enjoy working with lock hardware and people.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I strive to offer great customer service and my work is exceptional. My customer reviews on Angies List prove that.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have one location with two service vehicles. I like staying at this level. This way I can service my customers myself and stay in contact with them.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept M.C., Visa, American Express, Cash, Checks, and 30 day net billing for commercial accounts.
Which areas do you service?
I service the entire state of Maryland. My shop and office are in Reisterstown Maryland.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
C. Brandon Baird.
What are your hours of operation?
24 hour emergency service. Regular rates apply from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. I do run regular pricing on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm to help those people who have to work during the week. You can call anytime and even leave a message if I miss your call I will get back to you as soon as I can.
