What is your primary product or service?
We are a full service jewelry store. We sell jewelry, watches, and giftware, and we repair jewelry and watches. We also offer services like engraving and insurance appraisals. We sell loose diamonds and engagement mountings and wedding bands. We also buy gold, silver, platinum and diamonds for cash or store credit. We can make custom jewelry and can also use your old gold and diamonds and make something new.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My brother and I are fourth generation jewelers. Our great grandfather Charles started the business in 1923, and our grandfather Nathan worked in the business until he was 89 and our father Donald still works part-time in the business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We take pride in being a full-service jeweler and like to think we can accommodate almost anything imaginable. We try to work with our customers to stay within their budget and our idea of success is if we were able to satisfy whatever particular need the customer had that day and for them to pass on that positive experience to someone else.
What type of payments do you accept?
We take cash, check, and VISA/MasterCard/Discover/AmericanExpress. We also offer layaway or credit financing through Wells Fargo.
