We have been in business since 2003
What is your primary product or service?
Full service cabling contractor. Services include voice and data cabling, alarm and security installation and monitoring, video design and installation
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started the company after years of working in the industry. I began as a phone system technician,follow by an alarm and securty technician, from tehre I moved into structured cabling and running large government projects. Eventually, I ran an engineering department for a large company. I outgrew the postion and decided to use my vast knowledge to provide top nothc services to small to mid-size companies.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am directly responsible for all facets of the projects we work on. I sincerely believe that all my clients should have access to me and not a staffed position. I've built this company on reputation and that speaks volumes in the referrals we get. I also strive to keep the overhead low so we can provide our services at a fair price and below what other comapnies offer. I will beat any price you receive if it is possible.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are based in Howard COunty just outside Columbia. At this time there are no plans to expand.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks and of course cash
Which areas do you service?
We service the entire baltimore washington corridor including Frederick, Carroll, Harford, Howard, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, and PG Counties. We also service Northern Virginia.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am Owner and CEO of the company.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate during normal business hours. We understand some projects need to be completed off hours so we are very flexible to the needs of our clients.
