How long have you been in business?
Going on 24 years.
What is your primary product or service?
I provide in-home service to those clients seeking to have their pet seen in their own home. That means I see mostly cats! I provide vaccinations, worming, treatment for less severe illnesses, and labwork. I travel with a technician at all times to help me with restraint.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I used to use a house call vet before I went to vet school. I've always been interested in animals, especially cats.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I do house calls.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one -- no plans for expansion.

Areas east of Falls Road -- the entire eastern half of Baltimore County and certain areas of Baltimore City.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I do, with my husband who runs the business side of things.

Tues, Wed, and Thurs 1 pm to 5 pm. I answer the phone Mon - Fri between 9 and 10 am.
